Bionic Media were commissioned by Sussex Arts Marketing to re design and re build the artsinsussex website and listings system.
The site is built over bionicmedia's content management and publishing system allowing us to build powerful database driven web applications for our clients.
The website allows SAM to manage a huge volume of venues, events and festivals which are all owned and updated by the arts organisers and venue owners themselves.

About Arts in Sussex
Arts in Sussex was conceived eight years ago as a groundbreaking partnership project to promote cultural tourism across East and West Sussex. Sussex Arts Marketing was commissioned on behalf of 13 district, borough and county councils to produce and manage an online presence that would promote cultural activity in the region and position Sussex as a major cultural destination. The campaign was awarded the SEETB Special Tourism award in 1998 and was one of the first initiatives in the UK to bring together arts, heritage and tourism to work for mutual benefit. |
